READY TO ORDER PROCESS
STEP BY STEP
1. Design Selection
To begin an order from our Ready to Order collection, select your preferred invitation design from our shop, and purchase a sample to see the quality of the paper and printing in person. Sample orders include an invitation suite including reply set, a guide booklet with pricing and ordering details, paper swatches and an ink color swatch card. Samples come pre-printed and cannot be customized.
2. Build Your Suite
Choose the suite elements and insert cards you'd like to order along with your wedding invitations. Each basic invitation suite includes the main invitation with envelope and a reply card with envelope. In addition, we offer coordinating items for each design including:

3. Choose Options & Embellishments
Make your invitation suite your own by customizing your paper choice and adding accessories for texture, color and style. Options include:
· 11 highest-quality paper options ranging from 100# cover weight to 220# double thick
· 30 ink and envelope colors to choose from
· Foil Stamping
· Belly Bands
· Ribbons including dupioni silk, satin, hand-dyed silk, and bakers' twine
· Envelope Liners
· Pocket Folders

A $100 design deposit is required to begin proofing. Purchase the design deposit from our shop for the design that you've chosen and fill out the order form to begin your order.
5. Design Process
We can make basic changes to Ready to Order designs, including customizing the color scheme, accommodating your preferred wording, and simple font substitutions. All other design elements will remain the same, or additional charges may apply for any extra changes requested.
Once we’ve received your design deposit and completed order form, your first set of proofs will be delivered via email within 3 - 4 business days. Up to 2 rounds of design revisions are included; additional proofs are $25 each. When you are happy with your final designs, your final approval is required, and the balance of your order amount must be paid in full (less the $100 design deposit). No orders will be submitted for printing until final payment has been received.
During the design and proofing process, please check all details carefully for spelling and accuracy. You are responsible for making sure that there are no errors prior to printing. All proof approvals are final, and no changes can be made once your order has been submitted for printing. To avoid costly reprints, please double and triple check those proofs!
6. Production and Delivery
Ready to Order suites take approximately 4 weeks in production for flat printing. Additional options such as envelope liners, belly bands, etc. may require additional production time. If your order includes digital envelope addressing, please allow an additional week. Please be sure to allow time for stuffing and stamping your envelopes before your preferred mailing date as well.
Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 - 3 business days to most locations within the U.S.
