+ HOW MUCH WILL MY ORDER COST?

Every custom order is different, and pricing will vary based on a number of factors including printing methods, accessories included, additional services, etc. Custom orders begin at about $1000 for a set of approximately 100 invitations and reply cards. On average, custom invitation suites cost between $1500 - $2000.

Ready to Order suites begin at about $400 for a set of 50 invitations and reply cards. On average, Ready to Order suites cost between $600 - $1000.

+ DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?

Our turnaround time is based on the time it takes to provide impeccable quality and attention to detail to all of our clients. The availability of rush orders cannot be guaranteed - you'll need to contact us to find out if we have room in our schedule to accommodate your timeline. If we can accommodate, rush orders incur a 15% upcharge.

+ DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZED SAMPLES?

Because of the time and cost involved with setting up and printing personalized designs, unfortunately we are unable to personalize samples. Sample orders allow you to see and feel the quality and textures of our papers and printing. During the design process, you'll see exactly what your personalized designs will look like using our digital PDF proofs to ensure that you are 100% happy with the designs before printing.

+ DO YOU OFFER PRINTABLE FILES?

We believe that the execution and printing of our designs is just as important as the designs themselves. Each detail impacts the final look of your invitations and stationery; therefore, we do not offer printable files of our designs at this time.

+ DO YOU OFFER ENVELOPE ADDRESSING?

Yes! We offer two types of envelope addressing: Digital addressing and handwritten Calligraphy.

+ WHAT WILL MY POSTAGE COST?

Most wedding invitation suites will require 2-ounce postage stamps for the main envelopes. Square envelopes or suites that include a large number of inserts, thick ribbons or other thick and rigid elements such as wood tags may require additional postage.

You'll also need a 1-ounce stamp or postcard stamp for your reply envelopes or reply postcards.

PARTIES & ACCESSORIES

+ CAN YOU CREATE A PARTY PACKAGE FOR ME?

You bet. Get in touch and tell us about your celebration, and we can create a custom suite including invitations and all the accessories you need to make your party a bash to remember.

+ CAN YOU PRINT MY LOGO ON NAPKINS, CUPS OR STATIONERY?

Of course! We can print your logo or custom artwork onto just about any of our party accessories or stationery products. For best results, we'll need a print-ready file - see below for more details.

+ WHAT TYPE OF PRINT-READY ARTWORK DO YOU ACCEPT?

We prefer a vector file - .ai or .eps with all text converted to outlines. If that's not available, you can send a high resolution .jpg or .tif file with a resolution of 300 ppi or higher.

+ WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR BOXED STATIONERY?

Personalized letterpress stationery takes approximately 2 weeks to ship.
Standard design letterpress stationery and boxed cards take approximately 3 - 4 business days to ship.

+ HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders take 2 - 3 business days to arrive, within the U.S. Occasionally delays do occur, and Foglio Press is not responsible for shipping delays. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us in advance of placing your order to see how we can accommodate.

+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because of the cost and labor involved in design and printing custom orders, invitations, custom party accessories and custom stationery are not returnable. Orders of boxed cards and stationery may be returned within 10 business days, but we'd love to work with you to find a way to make you happy. Please contact us to see what we can do.
